Notice of termination of downloads for Panasonic Audio smartphone apps

  • The apps listed below will no longer be available for download after March 31, 2027.
    However, if you are downloading Panasonic Music Streaming for Android for the first time on a smartphone running Android 15 or later, please do so by October 31, 2026.
  • Apps that are already installed can still be used after downloads end.
  • Your Panasonic audio product will continue to work as before.

We would like to inform you that the apps listed below will be available for download until March 31, 2027. After that date, they will no longer be available on Google Play or the App Store. From November 1, 2026, it will no longer be possible to download Panasonic Music Streaming for Android for the first time on smartphones running Android 15 or later. If you have downloaded it before with the same Google account, you can download it again until March 31, 2027.

If an app is already installed on your smartphone, you can continue to use it after downloads end. Your Panasonic audio product will also continue to work as before, using the controls on the unit, the remote control, or Bluetooth playback. * If you download apps from Google Play, you have an Android phone. If you download apps from the App Store, you have an iPhone.
* The exact time of removal may vary depending on the store. If you want to download an app, please do so well before the deadline.

If the app is already installed

  • You can continue to use the installed app after downloads end.
  • If you delete the app or change to a new smartphone, you will not be able to download it again after the deadline. If you want to keep using the app, please do not delete it.
  • The app may stop working properly in the future due to smartphone OS updates or other changes.

If you have not installed the app yet

  • You will not be able to download the app after the deadline.
  • If you want to use features that are only available in the app, such as speaker group control, please download the app by March 31, 2027. If you are downloading Panasonic Music Streaming for Android for the first time on a smartphone running Android 15 or later, please do so by October 31, 2026.
