Q. Some operations are not supported.
A. In the voice control, not all operations are supported. For supported operations, refer to "How to control"
Q. Player operation does not change even when the response from the speaker is "OK".
A. There are cases that some commands cannot be accepted depending on the player status.
Q. I'm using Google Home app on Android smartphone and I can't link accounts from the app because.
[ex 1] A card for account linking doesn't appear
[ex 2] A card for account linking appears but nothing happens when I touch the "LINK" button.
A. In case where the account linking card doesn't appear, please wait for a few minutes and try updating the information by pulling down the screen.
Please update both the Android OS and the Google Home app to the newest versions and try again.
If you also have iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, etc) then try using the Google Home app for those devices.
If the problem is not resolved, please contact Google.
Q. I'm using Google Home app on Android smartphone and I'm not navigated to a login page even when clicking "LINK" in a card for account linking. ("Internal error encountered" is displayed .)
A. Please try the following steps.
1. Visit "Panasonic Blu-ray" page in Google Assistant directory.
Visit https://assistant.google.com/explore with web browser and search for "panasonic", and Select "Panasonic Blu-ray".
2. "Confirm the Google account shown in the top right icon of the page.
Please re-login with an appropriate Google account if necessary.
3. Click the "Link" ("Verknüpfen" for German) on the top of the page.
4. Panasonic ID login page should appear. Please finish signing in.
Q. Until when can I use Voice Control?
A. Voice Control will be discontinued on June 13th,2023.
Q. Do I need to change any device or app settings after termination of Voice Control?
A. Voice control had to turn on quickstart. If you don’t need the quickstart, change the quickstart settings.
Q. How can I delete my Panasonic ID?
A. If you are not using the Panasonic ID for anything other than Voice Control and want to delete the ID, please access the following URL and follow the instructions on the screen.
