Wi-Fi®
- Cannot operate the wearable camera.

- Please confirm that the Wi-Fi connection for the wearable camera and smartphone / tablet is not disrupted.
- Please confirm that Wi-Fi is configured correctly.
- Please confirm that the password has been entered correctly.
- The Wearable Camera cannot be connected via Wi-Fi.

- Make sure the smartphone is properly connected to this unit by checking the Wi-Fi settings of the smartphone.
- Make sure the SSID and Password have been correctly input.
- Make sure the smartphone is not connected to the wireless access point.
If it is connected to the wireless access point,
change the Wi-Fi access point using the smartphone’s Wi-Fi set up.
- The Wi-Fi connection is disconnected immediately.

- (Android)
If there is a setting for avoiding unnecessary connections in the Wi-Fi setting menu of the Android device, turn it off.
- (iOS)
On iOS devices, if the Wi-Fi password is changed there may be issues connecting to the Wi-Fi in some cases.
In this case, delete the selected SSID, and set up the Wi-Fi once again.
Playback
- Wearable camera footage is not displayed.

- Is the correct referent selected? (→ Switching referents)
When displaying wearable camera footage, please select [Video camera (SD)].
Other
- Cannot send images.

- Please confirm that the Wi-Fi connection for the wearable camera and smartphone / tablet is not disrupted.
- The image is displayed on this software, but is not stored in the smartphone.

- Have you completed storage?
If you only view an image without performing storage functions, it will not be saved to the smartphone.
