Switch to a direct connection with your smartphone and digital camera, or either move to a different location and/or wait a short period of time before trying again. |

When launching Image App after performing the Wi-Fi settings on the camera, the Wi-Fi connection may be not completed. |

First close Image App. Turn the Wi-Fi function off and then on again in the iPhone/iPad settings menu, and then relaunch Image App. |

When connecting the smartphone to the camera by selecting "Select a destination from History" on the Wi-Fi Setup Menu of the camera, the following message is displayed when Image App is launched, and the connection is not completed.![]() |

Please select "New Connection" on the camera's Wi-Fi Setup Menu, perform Wi-Fi connection again and then launch Image App. |

The Image App is not connecting to the camera over Wi-Fi. |

Sometimes an app installed on your smartphone will interrupt the Wi-Fi connection between the Image App and the camera. If you use software that monitors Wi-Fi access (especially security software that guards against viruses, etc.), allow access to the camera. Please refer to the app instructions for details. |
