Notification of Maintenance for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant Voice Service Servers

We would like to inform you that on Wednesday, December 2nd, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (JST)(a total of 3 hours), maintenance will be performed on our servers for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice services.
During the maintenance period, only voice operations utilizing these services will be available. Please note that initial setup via the smartphone app and adding a second device will not be possible during this time.
Additionally, approximately 24 hours after the maintenance is completed, voice operations using these services may become unavailable. You may see messages on your smart speaker indicating the need to reconfigure, reset, or re-link the services. We kindly ask you to refer to the following pages for instructions on reinitializing the setup via the Google or Amazon app:
