＜For IOS users only (Android users are not affected.)＞:
When downloading the firmware for the KX-HNC800/HN1000 using an iOS smartphone,
you may encounter the error message “E5-04.”
Please ignore this message. Despite the error, the update will complete successfully,
and you will receive a push notification confirming the completion of the update.
The device can then be used without any issues.

＜Android 7 or earlier users＞:
After June 2024, you will no longer be able to receive notifications (Ex. Sensor detection) from the HomeHawk app.
To receive notifications please update/upgrade your Android OS/device.
