Notice of termination of “Spotify Connect” support on some models of Panasonic Audio
Key points
- Spotify Connect — selecting your Panasonic system in the Spotify app for playback — will be available until December 31, 2026 on the affected models.
- You do not need to do anything on your system. No firmware update or other action is required.
- After that date, you can still enjoy Spotify by connecting your smartphone via Bluetooth. All affected models support Bluetooth.
- All other features, such as CD and radio, will continue to work as usual.

We regret to inform you that Spotify Connect will no longer be available on certain Panasonic audio products after December 31, 2026.
Spotify Connect lets you select your Panasonic system in the Spotify app on your smartphone or computer and play music through it.
Support for the software used for this feature has been terminated by its provider. As a result, we are no longer able to continue providing this feature on the affected models.
After December 31, 2026, the affected models will no longer appear in the list of available devices in the Spotify app, and you will not be able to select them for playback. You can still enjoy Spotify on your system by connecting your smartphone to it via Bluetooth.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
