The other party finds it hard to hear my voice during a call while Voice Focus AI is ON.
(The Voice Focus AI factory default setting is ON.)
- If Voice Focus AI (Suppress sounds around you) is on, the earphones detect your voice with a speech detection microphone so that the other party can hear you. Your voice cannot be detected if the earpieces are not in close contact with your ears. Replace with earpieces that fit well in your ears.
- At default settings, Voice Focus AI (Suppress sounds around you) is on.
When talking in a quiet environment, turning off Voice Focus AI (Suppress sounds around you) may resolve the problem.
