Bluetooth® device connection

Audio does not switch (or no audio is heard) in a multi-point connection

  • Multi-point connection switching may not work correctly depending on the software or app in each device.

    Please try following remedy.
    - Try the switching operation not by tapping earbuds but by operating devices.
    - Exit the app of the device that is not in use.
    - Turn off Bluetooth® connection, then turn it on again.
    - Make sure if your device supports "AVRCP" Bluetooth® profile.
