Notice Regarding Change of Service Provider due to Panasonic Group's Transition to Holding Company System

Panasonic Corporation is in the process of transitioning to a holding company system as announced in https://news.panasonic.com/global/press/data/2021/02/en210225-6/en210225-6.html

In accordance with the transfer, Technics business will transfer to Panasonic Split Preparation Co. Ltd. (“Successor Company”. The corporate name is to be changed to “Panasonic Corporation” as of April 1, 2022), having its registered office at 1006, Oaza Kadoma, Kadoma-shi, Osaka, Japan, and to Panasonic Entertainment & Communication Co., Ltd. (“PEAC”), having its registered office at 1-10-12, Yagumo-higashi-machi, Moriguchi City, Osaka, Japan.

In accordance with the transfer, Successor Company will take over from Panasonic Corporation to become the service provider of all network services and applications listed in Table 1 for Technics products listed in Table 2 effective from April 1, 2022.

As of April 1, Successor Company will become the controller responsible for the processing of user personal data in order to provide the services and the applications listed in Table 1. All of the contractual relationships under terms of services and privacy policy for the services and the applications listed in Table 1 will be succeeded to by Successor Company.

In addition, PEAC will take over from Panasonic Corporation to become the service provider of all services and applications listed in Table 3 for Technics Headphone / Insidephone products listed in Table 4 effective from April 1, 2022.

As of April 1, PEAC will become the controller responsible for the processing of user personal data in order to provide the services and the applications listed in Table 3. All of the contractual relationships under terms of services and privacy policy for the services and the applications listed in Table 3 will be succeeded to by PEAC.
