- Wi-Fi connection
Operation
1. Tap
Multiple image list appears. (Multi Playback)
- Scroll(finger drag up/down) screen to display previous/next screen.
- will show for video thumbnails.
2. Tap image to play back
Images are played back.
- Flick(finger touch and slide) screen left/right to display next/previous image.
- Image name and recording time will show at top of screen.
- will be displayed for protected videos / still pictures on the wearable camera.
- Notes
- Depending on signal strength, screen may take time to display and/or scrolling may not be smooth.
- When playing back video, if the image quality of the video is high or the signal is weak, the playback may not run smoothly and skip frames.
- Depending on the type of smartphone / tablet, you may not be able to save or play. Please check your smartphone / tablet specifications to confirm compatible video types.
- When displaying enlarged images, there may be some grid-shaped noise in the enlarged image. This noise appears when the image is enlarged, and it does not mean that there is noise in the original image.
- For videos or still pictures that cannot be played back with this application, the “!” thumbnail will be displayed.
Switching referents
1. Tap/(one of the two will be displayed) at the top of the screen
Referent list appears.
2. Tap selected referent
Referent list follows:
[Video camera (SD)]* | Videos / still pictures saved on the microSD card inserted in the wearable camera |
[Gallery] | Images stored in [Gallery] (Android) |
[Camera Roll] | Images stored in [Camera Roll] (iOS) |
* Displaying may be slow. Not displayed when wearable camera is not Wi-Fi connected.
Change thumbnail display
Tap* or* at the top of the thumbnail display screen to switch the display.
[MP4] | : | Displays thumbnails of videos. |

[JPEG] | : | Displays thumbnails of still pictures. |
* The icon for the selected thumbnail will be displayed.
Using a smartphone / tablet to play back videos / still pictures from the wearable camera on a television
By connecting the smartphone / tablet or video camera to a television supporting the DLNA* standard DMR (Digital Media Renderer) function via Wi-Fi, you can playback videos and still pictures of the video camera.
Preparation
- Please see the instruction manual regarding scenes that can be played.
- Please connect the smartphone / tablet, video camera and television to the same wireless access point. For setting method(s), please read the related instructions for each device.
Operation
1. Tap
2. Tap a thumbnail you want to play back and make a selection
3. Tapon top of screen, and select [Play on TV]
Videos / still pictures are displayed on the connected television, and you can perform operations such as play and stop with the smartphone / tablet.
(A) | Play back from where you tapped. |
(B) | Skip to the previous scene. |
(C) | Play / Pause |
(D) | Stop |
(E) | Skip to the next scene. |
- If multiple devices can be connected, a list of devices will be displayed on the screen. Please select the device you want to connect from the list.
- Notes
- Depending on the status of the network, the playback of scenes recorded in MP4 may not run smoothly.
- The image is not displayed on the smartphone / tablet.
- It may take time for the playback to begin.
