- Please confirm that the Wi-Fi connection for the wearable camera and smartphone / tablet is not disrupted.
- Please confirm that Wi-Fi is configured correctly.
- Please confirm that the password has been entered correctly.
- The Wi-Fi connection is disconnected immediately.

- If there is a setting for avoiding poor connections in Wi-Fi setting menu of the Android™ device 4.0 or later version, turn it off.
Playback
- Wearable camera footage is not displayed.

- Is the correct referent selected? (→ Switching referents)
When displaying wearable camera footage, please select [Video camera (SD)].
Other
- Cannot send images.
