  Changes the Wi-Fi connection.
[Record Setup]*2*3
 

[Switch video medium]

Changes between SD card and internal memory.
  • Not displayed in still picture recording mode.
  • Not displayed when internal memory is not available.
 

[Switch photo medium]

Changes between SD card and internal memory.
  • Not displayed when internal memory is not available.
 

[Self Timer]

Sets the Self Timer for still picture recording.
  • Not displayed in video recording mode.
 

[Rec Format]

Changes the Rec format of the video.
  • Not displayed in still picture recording mode.
 

[Rec Mode]

Changes the recorded video's quality and recording format. The settings of the [Rec Mode] change depending on the [Rec Format].
  • Not displayed in still picture recording mode.
 

[Picture Size]

A larger picture size will make for a clearer image when printed. The aspect ratio changes depending on the picture size.
[Recording Mode]
 

You can switch between video recording mode and still picture recording mode. The menu settings change depending on the recording mode.

  • [iA] (Intelligent Auto) / Changes to a mode suitable for the surrounding environment.
  • [MNL] (Manual) / Shoots with manual settings.
  • Stop Motion* / By slightly moving the subject between shots, you can create stop-motion slideshows.

* In still picture recording mode only.

 

[White Balance]

Selects the mode and adjusts when the tint is unnatural due to such factors as the light source.
  • Not displayed when [iA] is on.
 

[Backlight Compens.]

Brightens the screen image to prevent it from darkening when there is a light source behind the subject.
 

[Create Stop Motion]*

Creates a separate recording group with the Stop Motion Animation Assist.

* In Stop Motion Animation Assist Mode only.

 

[Night Mode]

This function allows you to record color images in very low light situations. (Minimum required illumination: approx. 1 lx)
  • Recorded scene is seen as if frames were missed.
 

[Pan Tilt Settings]*

You can remotely operate the angle and rotation during recording from your smartphone / tablet when connected to a compatible video camera.

* Not displayed when Remote Pan Tilt Cradle is not in use.

[Live Control Settings]*3
 

[Self shot mode]

When taking a picture of yourself, the image on the screen of your smartphone / tablet will be flipped (a mirror image).
  • The actual screen when taking pictures is not flipped.
[Playback settings]
 

[“Picture Share” settings]

Sets the destination by dragging and dropping icons on the screen to tabs on the screen edges.
 

[Size:Copy from Camera]

Sets the size of images received from the video camera.
 

[Size:Upl. to Web]

Sets the size of images sent to the Web.
 

[LUMIX CLUB settings]

The settings below can be performed if [Start LUMIX CLUB function use] is on. You need to log in with your ID. Tap [Sign up] and follow registration instructions to get a login ID.
 

[Manage login ID]

Allows you to register or change a login ID.
 

[Regist. Web Service]

Allows you to register web service.
[Camera function]*3
  Allows the video camera to be turned off.
[Help]
  [Help] shows.
[Terms of use]
  [Terms of use] are displayed.
[Version]
  Shows the version of this application.

*1 The displayed contents differ depending on whether the device is connected to Wi-Fi or not. It also differs if the device has been connected to Wi-Fi in the past.

*2 The settings options and settings values are only part of the video camera's options. All of the setting options and setting values will not be displayed. Operation may differ from the video camera.
