Pairing, Bluetooth connection, and Wi-Fi connection cannot be established between LUMIX Lab and the camera.

After turning the Bluetooth function on in the smartphone settings, check that the Bluetooth function is permitted in LUMIX Lab.(iOS)
In the Settings of the smartphone → Apps → LUMIX Lab → Bluetooth → ON(Android)After enabling the location information function in the smartphone settings, check that the location information function is permitted in LUMIX Lab.
In the Settings of the smartphone → Apps → LUMIX Lab → Permissions → Nearby devices → Allow(iOS)
In the Settings of the smartphone → Apps → LUMIX Lab → Location(Android)
In the Settings of the smartphone → Apps → LUMIX Lab → Permissions → Location*If the connection is not possible when Location Service is set to “While Using the App”, change the setting to “Always”.

If this does not resolve the problem, try the following.- Cancel the pairing on both the camera and LUMIX Lab and pair them once again.
- Restart the smartphone and run the pairing process once again.

Wi-Fi connection cannot be established between LUMIX Lab and the camera.

To connect to the camera, LUMIX Lab and the camera must be paired over Bluetooth and be connected to Bluetooth.Check that LUMIX Lab is connected to Bluetooth and connect to Wi-Fi by operating the image transfer, remote recording, and other function buttons that use Wi-Fi from LUMIX Lab.
*The camera cannot be manually connected to Wi-Fi from the Settings of the smartphone.

The available recording time display during recording differs from that on the camera.

Depending on the video format, the available recording time display may differ from that on the camera. This is not a malfunction.Note that the display on the smartphone app is only a guide.

If there is a setting of “Avoid poor connections” or “Stable Wi-Fi control” in “Advanced Wi-Fi settings”, turn it off and try again.

Images cannot be saved after editing.

It may not be possible to save images captured by some models of smartphone or in some OS versions.In the smartphone settings, try changing the shooting mode, so that photos or videos are captured at a lower resolution or video is recorded at a lower frame rate, for example.

LUTs on the smartphone cannot be added to LUMIX Lab.

Make sure the LUT you are trying to add is a 33-grid Cube file, or if it was created in LUMIX Lab, a zip archive.To check the number of grids, you can use a text editor on a computer, such as Notepad.
Open the CUBE file and confirm that the number listed for SIZE is 33.

LUT files disappeared when LUMIX Lab was uninstalled.

Because the LUT files are stored inside the app, they are deleted when the app is uninstalled. It is recommended that you periodically back up the LUT files outside of the app with the “Sharing LUTs” operating procedure.Even if you accidentally delete a LUT, you can restore it by transferring the LUT file that was transferred to the camera to the smartphone once again.
