Problems during installation and start up of SD-Jukebox

When using Windows2000/XP, please log on as the "computer administrator" to perform the installation.

Sometimes the "Installation Complete" window is hidden behind another window. Clicking on the "InstallShield Wizard" button on the task bar will bring the "Installation Complete" window to the front.

Please check the latest updater for your devices with each product's maker.
Please check whether the version of BIOS of mother board is the latest one or not.
Please check whether the version of driver softwere of each devices are the latest one or not.
Please make sure that DRAM's clock cycle is same, if you install multiple DRAMs on your PC.
Make CD-ROM drive lower speed.

Sometimes, the error dialog box is hidden behind the splash screen. Clicking on "Error" on the task bar will bring this box to the front.

Please check the proxy with the CDDB settings in the setup screen. Please make sure whether internet connection is available or not.

Modules needed for execution may be damaged. Please re-install SD-Jukebox.
When the Windows' standard command "regsvr32.exe" is not present, download it from the Microsoft web site and install it. Then, install the application once again.

This message is sometimes displayed due the firewall software settings. Please check the settings for the firewall software.
Problems when recording or importing music

Please check that the CD is properly inserted into the computer.
When software for playing CDs, such as a CD player, is running in the background, please close all other software for playing CDs.

Unsupported formats are not displayed in the file import screen. Please refer to page 42 of the online help, "Supported Data Formats", for information on supported formats.

Check the CDDB settings described below from the setup screen.
Make sure that "Use CDDB" is checked.
- Make sure the Internet connection settings are set correctly. (Check that the proxy server settings are correct.)
Also, CD information cannot be obtained for data that is not registered in CDDB.

Problems with check-out and check-in

When Windows Explorer recognizes the SD Memory Card, it may be that the secure driver is not installed.
When the SD adapter you are using supports secure functions, please install the driver for the SD adapter. For D-snap (SV-AV30/AV20/AV35/AV25/AV50/AS10),please use the driver on the CD-ROM that came with the product.

Cannot use MMC.(Multi Media Card)
Please check the write protect switch on the SD Memory Card.

When the WMA file to which CD was recorded with Windows MediaPlayer10 (henceforth WMP10) by using Real-Juke Box or Real One in the combination of SV-SD80, SV-SD50 (hereafter, SD80, SD50, and description) and itis checked out to SD card through Real-JukeBox or RealOne, it is not able to reproduce with SD50 SD80.
In this case, AAC or the file of the MP3 method must be used.

We cannot guarantee the sound quality or operation of non-standard CDs, such as music discs with copyright protection technology that does not comply with CD standards. In regards to such discs, please read carefully what is displayed on the music disc package.

When using SD Memory Cards with SD-Jukebox, you need an SD adapter (such as a USB Reader/Writer, a PC card adapter, or an SD slot) and driver that support secure. Please check that the SD adapter you have supports secure. Also, we cannot guarantee the operation of SD adapters made by other manufacturers.

SD-Jukebox does not support music distribution.

When using SD Memory Cards with SD-Jukebox, you need an SD adapter (such as a USB Reader/Writer, a PC card adapter, or an SD slot) and driver that support secure. Please check that the SD adapter you have supports secure. Also, you may not be able to format SD Memory Cards with the SD slot built into Toshiba notebook PCs.
Please check the write protect switch on the SD Memory Card.
