Deregistering smartphones

Important:
This feature may not be available depending on your facility’s system configuration.
You can deregister smartphones no longer used with the [Video Intercom System] app.
1.
From the [Video Intercom System] app’s top screen, tap image.
2.
Tap [Registration Check].
The numbers and names of registered smartphones are displayed.
3.
Tap the smartphone that you want to deregister.
4.
Tap [Deregistration][OK].
5.
When "Deregistration completed!" is displayed, tap [OK].
The name of the deregistered smartphone becomes blank.
When your own smartphone is deregistered: App information (registration, log information, etc.) is initialized.
When other smartphones are deregistered: App information (registration, log information, etc.) is initialized after a deregistration notification is received.
After deregistering your smartphone, uninstall the [Video Intercom System] app from your smartphone if necessary. For information about uninstalling apps, refer to the operating instructions included with your smartphone (see Deregistering smartphones registered to the [Video Intercom System] app).
