Making calls to call centres

Making calls to a common area phone or the facility staff office

Important:
This feature and icon button may not be available depending on your facility’s system configuration.
You can make calls to call centres (on-site phones such as those in the facility staff offices, common areas, etc.).
1.
From the [Video Intercom System] app’s operation screen, tap image.
2.
Scroll the desired item by swiping down or swiping up.
A list of available items is displayed.
To return to top screen, tap [Cancel].
3.
Tap the "Call centre list" that you want to call.
4.
When finished, tap image.
Note:
Outgoing calls are disconnected after the pre-programmed "timeout" time elapses if not answered.
If your smartphone receives a phone call while you are talking on a Video Intercom System call, the Video Intercom System call is disconnected.

Making emergency calls to the facility staff office

Important:
This feature and icon button may not be available depending on your facility’s system configuration.
You can make emergency calls to call centres (on-site phones such as those in the facility staff offices) quickly and easily in the event of an emergency.
1.
From the [Video Intercom System] app’s operation screen, press and hold image.
2.
When finished, tap image.
Note:
Outgoing emergency calls are disconnected after approx. 5 minutes if not answered.
If your smartphone receives a phone call while you are talking on a Video Intercom System call, the Video Intercom System call is disconnected.
