Operating electric locks
If there are electric locks connected to the lobby station and/or door station, you can use the app to unlock them while talking on a Video Intercom System call.
Important:
•Residents that have a room monitor: In order to unlock doors, the "Unlock Password" setting must be configured on the room monitor in advance. For more information, refer to the "Installation and Operating Instructions" of the room monitor available from the following website.
•In order to unlock doors, the "Unlock Password" setting must be configured on the smartphone in advance (see
Settings menu (overview)).
1.While talking on a Video Intercom System call, tap

2.Enter the unlock password.
•Select [Show Password] to display the password.
•Lobby station only: If you select
[Save password], the password does not have to be entered from the next time. (You can unlock electric locks from the next time by tapping
→
[OK])
3.When finished, tap [OK].
•If the conditions are met, the door is unlocked.
•If a problem occurs (such as when the password is entered incorrectly), an error beep sounds. In this case, enter the password again.
•If the password is entered incorrectly 4 times consecutively, the call is disconnected.
Note:
•Due to occurrences such as power failures, electric locks may not be able to be unlocked using the app. When leaving your residence, make sure to take the metal key for the electric lock.
