Registering your smartphone using the QR code document

Important:
This registration is only applicable for residents that don’t have a room monitor.
This feature may not be available depending on your facility’s system configuration.
Make sure to receive the QR code document from your facility staff.
Complete the registration within the period specified in the QR code document.
Contact your facility staff in the following situations.
you need a reprint of the QR code document
you want to extend the registration period after it has expired
you need to re-register or stop the registration of a smartphone
Smartphones can also be registered using a PC in the facility staff office. For more information, consult your facility staff.

Have the QR code document at hand for reference.

Using your smartphone image
Start the [Video Intercom System] app by tapping its icon (shown below).
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Confirm all of the displayed permission screens and agree as necessary.

Read the displayed license agreement and tap [Agree].

Read the displayed 1st initial setting guide and tap [Next].

Read the displayed 2nd initial setting guide and tap [Next].
"Scan the QR code." and "Manual Input" are displayed.

Tap [Scan the QR code.] and scan the QR code in the QR code document (see image in step 1).
If you could not scan the QR code and selected [Manual Input] in this step, tap [Manual Input] and the applicable parameter, and then correctly enter the information shown under "Manual Input" in the QR code document (see image in step 1). When finished, tap [OK].
7.
Tap the smartphone name field and enter the desired name (up to 3-10 characters). When finished, tap [OK].
8.
When "Registration is completed!" is displayed, tap [OK].
9.
After registration is completed, the log screen of a smartphone registration completion notification is displayed.
