Deregistering smartphones registered to the [Video Intercom System] app

Perform the following operations if you no longer intend to use the [Video Intercom System] app, if you hand over your smartphone to a third party, or if you dispose of your smartphone.

Deregistering smartphones

Deregister the desired smartphone either using the room monitor or using the smartphone.

Use a room monitor to deregister the registered smartphone.

From the home screen, tap [Settings][Smartphone].

Tap the desired smartphone and then tap [Delete].
3.
After confirming the message, tap [OK].
When finished, tap image.

Use the registered smartphone to deregister its own registration after checking the [Registration Check] settings (Deregistering smartphones).
If the registered smartphone is broken or lost, use another registered smartphone to deregister that smartphone (Deregistering smartphones).
If you cannot deregister a smartphone with the above methods, ask the facility staff to deregister the smartphone for you.

Uninstall the [Video Intercom System] app from your smartphone

After deregistering your smartphone, uninstall the [Video Intercom System] app from your smartphone. For information about uninstalling apps, refer to the operating instructions included with your smartphone.
Important:
Make sure to deregister your smartphone before uninstalling the app.
If you uninstall the app without deregistering your smartphone, the registration remains on the system.
Deregister the desired smartphone either using the room monitor or using the smartphone (see Deregistering smartphones and Deregistering smartphones).
Ask the facility staff to deregister the smartphone for you if the above is not possible.
