Displayed when you are receiving a video intercom call or talking on a call.

If there are no images during incoming calls or during a call, the icon of the device that the call is from is displayed.

Displayed during a call and indicates that the speaker is on. Tap to turn the speaker off (i.e., mute the other party’s voice).

Displayed during a call and indicates that the microphone is on. Tap to turn the microphone off (i.e., mute your voice).

Unlock door button (displayed during a call)
The unlock button is only displayed when there is a call from the lobby station or door station.
The unlock button is not displayed in the following situations.
during a call with other room monitors or the call center (on-site SIP phones)
depending on your facility’s system configuration

Audio only button (displayed during a call)
If it is difficult to hear the other party’s voice during a call, tap this button to make it easier to hear the other party. However, the video images from the call will stop in this case.

The device names that have been customized in the system are displayed.

Images are not displayed. However, if the SIP phone and gate camera are linked, gate camera images can be checked when there is a call from the on-site SIP phone at the gate.
