The app’s top screen is displayed.
Note:
Connecting to the system may incur data charges. Confirm the internet and smartphone data charges before connecting. Depending on your contract, high costs may be charged for the data usage.
If the [Video Intercom System] app is started again after the smartphone enters sleep mode or another app has been started, the app may return to the top screen.
The app may not be able to be used depending on other apps that are running on the same smartphone. In particular, apps that allow phone or voice calls may interfere with this app.
If a telephone call is received while using the app, the telephone call takes priority. Even if you are talking with a Video Intercom System device, your conversation will be disconnected and your smartphone will switch to the telephone call.
If there are delays in receiving notifications, it may be because of the power saving mode (example: doze mode) settings of your smartphone. Check the settings of the power saving mode, and disable the power saving mode if necessary.
