Download and install the [Video Intercom System] app to your smartphone.

The method for registering a smartphone differs depending on the installation conditions. Check the following before proceeding.
For residents that have a room monitor:
Register your smartphone using the room monitor (see Registering your smartphone using the room monitor).
For residents that don’t have a room monitor:
Register your smartphone using either of the following methods.
Use the QR code document distributed by your facility staff and register your smartphone by yourself (see Registering your smartphone using the QR code document).
Use the PC in the facility staff office to register your smartphone. For more information, consult your facility staff.
Note:
Downloading the app may incur data charges. Confirm the internet and smartphone data charges before downloading the app. Depending on your contract, high costs may be charged for the data usage.
If you want to use multiple smartphones with the system, register 1 smartphone at a time.
For residents that have a room monitor: A maximum of 6 devices (including "main" room monitor, "sub" room monitors, and smartphones) can be registered to each residence.
Depending on the number of room monitors installed in a residence, the number of smartphones that can be registered is limited as shown in the following.
