Notice Regarding Change of Service Provider due to Panasonic Group's Transition to Holding Company System.

Panasonic Corporation is in the process of transitioning to a holding company system as announced in https://news.panasonic.com/global/press/data/2021/02/en210225-6/en210225-6.html .
As part the transition process, smart life network (AVC) business will transfer to Panasonic Entertainment & Communication Co., Ltd. (PEAC), having its registered office at 1-10-12, Yagumo-higashi-machi, Moriguchi City, Osaka, Japan.
In accordance with the transfer, PEAC will take over from Panasonic Corporation to become the service provider of all network services and applications listed in Table 1 for TV, Blu-ray Disc Player/Recorder and Audio products listed in Table 2 effective from April 1, 2022.
As of April 1, PEAC will become the controller responsible for the processing of user personal data in order to provide the services and the applications. All of the contractual relationships under terms of services and privacy policy for the services and the applications listed below will be succeeded to by PEAC.
