Deregistering devices

Deregistering mobile devices

1.
From the [HomeHawk] app home screen, tap image → [Settings].
2.
Tap [Deregistration] → [Mobile Device].
3.
Select the desired device.
•
A list of mobile devices registered to the selected device is displayed.
4.
Select the mobile device that you want to deregister.
•
A dialog is displayed asking whether you want to deregister the device.
5.
Tap [OK].
Note:
•
Refer to the following if you want to register your mobile device again.

Access points: Registering your mobile device to additional access points

Floor cameras: Registering other mobile devices to the floor camera

Shelf cameras: Registering other mobile devices to the shelf camera
–
Window cameras: Registering other mobile devices to the window camera

HD cameras: Registering other mobile devices to the HD camera

Deregistering floor cameras, shelf cameras, and window cameras

1.
From the [HomeHawk] app home screen, tap image → [Settings].
2.
Tap [Deregistration] → [Camera(s)].
3.
Select the device that you want to deregister.
•
A dialog is displayed asking whether you want to deregister the device.
4.
Tap [OK].
Note:
•
Floor cameras:
Refer to Registering floor cameras if you want to register your camera again.
•
Shelf cameras:
Refer to Registering shelf cameras if you want to register your camera again.
•
Window cameras:
Refer to Registering window cameras if you want to register your camera again.

Deregistering access points

1.
From the [HomeHawk] app home screen, tap image → [Settings].
2.
Tap [Deregistration] → [Access Point].
3.
Select the device that you want to deregister.
•
A dialog is displayed asking whether you want to deregister the device.
4.
Tap [OK].
Note:
•
Refer to Registering access points if you want to register your access point again.

Deregistering front door camera/outdoor cameras

1.
From the [HomeHawk] app home screen, tap image → [Settings].
2.
Tap [Deregistration] → [Camera(s)].
3.
Select the device that you want to deregister.
•
A dialog is displayed asking whether you want to deregister the device.
4.
Tap [OK].
Note:
•
Refer to Registering front door cameras and outdoor cameras if you want to register your front door camera or outdoor camera again.

Deregistering HD cameras

1.
From the [HomeHawk] app home screen, tap image → [Settings].
2.
Tap [Deregistration] → [Indoor HD Camera].
3.
Select the device that you want to deregister.
•
A dialog is displayed asking whether you want to deregister the device.
4.
Tap [OK].
Note:

Refer to Registering HD cameras if you want to register your HD camera again.
