HD camera sensor features

Refer to the following after checking the general troubleshooting information described in General information.
Notifications are not received
The desired notification type is not enabled.
Enable the desired notification type ([Notification Settings]).
The camera’s date and time setting is incorrect.
Adjust the date and time setting (HD camera device profiles).
Sensor detections are not displayed in the sensor history
The desired feature is not enabled.
Make sure the desired feature is enabled and configured as desired (Temperature sensor, Sound sensor).
The camera’s date and time setting is incorrect.
Adjust the date and time setting (HD camera device profiles).
Colors in camera images appear different from normal
The camera is aimed at a dark location, or it is nighttime.
If there is not adequate light to illuminate the subject, such as at night, the camera switches to night vision mode depending on the settings (Night vision mode). In this case, colors may appear different from normal.
Images are poor at night when the camera is installed in front of a window
Night vision mode is causing images to have poor quality.
Turn off night vision mode (Night vision mode).
Infrared LEDs light at night
Night vision mode is enabled and automatically turns on infrared LEDs at night.
Turn off night vision mode (Night vision mode).
Note:
Turning off night vision mode will reduce the visibility of images at night.
