General FAQs
Cannot charge the earphone/Cannot charge the cradle.
- Make sure to use the supplied USB cable. The headphones/The charging cradle may not charge if another USB cable is used.
- Make sure that the USB cable is firmly connected to both the headphones/the charging cradle and the USB port on the computer.
- Make sure that the computer is turned on and is not on standby or sleep mode.
- Make sure the USB port is not defect. Try another USB port if one USB port is not working.
- Make sure that the area where the unit is being charged is within the ambient temperature range of 10-degrees C to 35 degrees C.
Always avoid exposure to temperature extremes. - The battery may need to be replaced if the life of the battery drops to half the normal length.
<True Wireless models>
- Make sure the wireless earbuds are inserted properly into the charging cradle.
- If the LED does not turn on even if the rid of the charging cradle is open, the charging cradle needs to be recharged.
- If the charging cradle is already fully charged, charging cradle LED turns off immediately.
