Bad sound quality/There is lots of interference and noise/Sound is cutting out.
- Bluetooth® operating range is approx.10m. Move your earphone closer to the Bluetooth® device.
- Remove obstacles between earphone and Bluetooth® device.
- Intermittent audio, or no audio may occur under the following situations.
- In a location where the Wi-Fi signal is inconsistent, such as on a train, at the airport, or station.
- When using in an environment with congested Wi-Fi signal, near to other wireless audio devices using Wi-Fi, microwaves or phones.
