Information of SD Memory Card for SDR-S150 in MPEG2 Motion Image recording

It is recommended that SD and SDHC Memory cards of SD speed class Class 2 or higher are used for motion picture Picture recording in XP mode with SDR-S150 SD video camera.
In case of using other SD Memory card, optimal recording in XP mode of the MPEG2 format with the SDR-S150 SD video camera requires an SD Memory Card having a data writing transfer speed of no less than 5MB per second.

We recommend using the following SD Memory Cards made by Panasonic for motion picture recording.
The following Panasonic SD Memory Cards with 256MB or greater memory capacity meet the above data writing transfer speed requirement and will optimally record in the MPEG2 format.

The other Panasonic SD Memory Cards will not optimally record in the MPEG2 format with the SDR-S150 SD video camera.

When using SD Memory Cards of other manufacturers with the SDR-S150 SD video camera to record in the MPEG2 format, please confirm with such manufacturers in advance whether or not their SD Memory Cards meet the above data writing transfer speed requirement.
