Q17. From time to time I'm seeing gaps of missing channel data in the TV Guide listings. What's causing that?
- Each time your unit is turned off, placing it in standby mode, TV Guide data is received. This data updates the daily listings. If the unit were used constantly, in excess of 24 hours, or was not placed into the standby mode while not in use, the data download would not occur causing the gaps in the program listings.
