Q16: I'm not able to receive the TV Guide channel listings on my Panasonic DVD recorder. What's causing this problem?
- Answer:
- There are several possible causes.
1) Following the initial setup and installation, the unit was not
placed in standby mode for 24 hours to do the initial data
download.
2) When the unit is not in use, it should be placed in standby
mode.
Not doing so will not allow the data to be downloaded daily.
