From this site you will be able to download the latest firmware (internal software used to control the HDD Recorder)to enhance the products operation and/or add new features.
It is important to Panasonic that our customers are able to keep their Panasonic HDD Recorders up-to-date with the latest enhancements available.
Using this site, you will be able to download the latest updates available for your Panasonic HDD Recorder.
And, to update the software of your HDD Recorder, there are 2 methods as follows.
Network Download
If a network(LAN) connection is available, the latest firmware can be updated automatically by *Network Download from our server.
In this case you will not need to download the latest firmware from this site to update the firmware.
Download using this site
If Network Download is not available, please download the latest firmware from this site and store it in a SD memory card to update the firmware.
You need SD memory card with the capacities from 128MB to 2GB. (You can not use SDHC or SDXC memory card.)
Regarding the method of the firmware update, please select the region below and read Update Procedures on the next linked page carefully.
From the pull-down menu in the list, select the region where you purchased the Panasonic HDD Recorder.
Please make sure that the region is set correctly before you proceed to the download process.
