Precautions for Handling Storage Devices
Careful handling of storage devices can reduce the possibility of card errors and other problems.
*Note: These precautions do not completely prevent problems.
- We recommend using a dedicated storage device for each camera.
Issues may arise if the storage device contains both PC files and files recorded on other cameras. - Ensure that you format the storage device using the camera before its use.
This is particularly important when recording high bit rate videos or during high-speed burst shooting as formatting the device in advance provides stable recording. - If you experience slow write speeds, consider performing a physical format.
