DC-S1RM2 About playing recorded in 8.1K (3:2) or 7.2K (3:2) videos on a PC
-
Q: When playing back videos recorded in 8.1K (3:2) or 7.2K (3:2) on a PC or editing them with commercial video editing software, vertical lines appear in the video.
-
A: If there are no vertical lines displayed during playback on the camera monitor or through HDMI output, the data itself has been recorded correctly. However, depending on your computer's graphics card and environment, vertical lines may appear during playback on a PC. In such cases, please try the following:
• Turn off hardware acceleration (GPU acceleration).* This may increase processing time for tasks such as file output during editing.
