The error message was displayed and recording was not possible when selecting "MP4 (Lite)" in the recording settings after updating to Ver.1.2. This bug has been fixed.

AF Improvements
- When using AF, you can now set it to display auto-detection frames only for the main subject.

Improved thermal control algorithm for longer recording time
- The thermal control algorithm has been improved to make it less affected by environmental factors.
* Under certain conditions where the ambient temperature around the camera changes rapidly (for example, when moving from indoors to outdoors or when the camera is exposed to direct sunlight, causing the body temperature to rise rapidly) the video recording time could become shorter.
Other Functionality Improvements and Enhancements
- When [Constant Preview] is set to [OFF], an icon indicating that the preview effect is disabled will be displayed on the shooting screen..
- ISO Auto can be set in the [ISO Displayed Setting] menu in the Custom Menu.
- Fixed a bug where the live view quality differed between standby mode and video recording mode when applying false color.
- Added a 1.6x display option for the Anamorphic Desqueeze Display.
- When Dual Native ISO is set to AUTO, the base ISO sensitivity is now visible on the ISO sensitivity setting screen.
- In both Photo Mode and Playback Mode, the default setting for functions registered to the sub video rec. button has been changed to "No Setting."
* This change takes effect after performing a reset following a firmware update.
* If you have previously customized the Fn assignment before the firmware update, the current assigned function will remain after the update.
- Improved processing time during focus stacking through algorithm enhancements.
Feature addition via upgrade software key "DMW-SFU3A"
- An [Activation] feature has been added to enable extended functions using the separately sold upgrade software key "DMW-SFU3A."
By performing "Activation," the [Photo Style] [ARRI LogC3] will be added.
Focus stacking feature has been added.
- Deep-focus images can now be generated by compositing images taken at multiple focal points.
Enhanced Pixel Refresh Function
- An option to automatically perform pixel refresh has been added to the menu.
- This will be automatically set to ON after the firmware update. The mechanical shutter will operate while the pixel refresh is in progress.
- Pixel refresh function runs automatically on first power-off after the firmware update.
Other enhancements
- The color of the AF frame can now be changed.
- The frame marker function has been enhanced (up to three frame markers can now be displayed at the same time).
- Compatibility with OM Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. flash units has been improved.
- Other improvements have been made to enhance operational stability.
