From this site, you are able to download the latest firmware (internal software used to control the Blu-ray Disc™ Player) to enhance the products operation and/or add new features.

It is important to Panasonic that our customers are able to keep their Panasonic Blu-ray Disc™ Players up-to-date with the latest enhancements available.

There are two ways to update your Blu-ray Disc™ Player.

1. Download the latest firmware from this site and store it to a USB device.

    Regarding the method of the firmware update, please read Update Procedures

2. Download the latest firmware through internet connection.
