From the pull-down menu, select the region where you purchased the Panasonic Blu-ray Disc™ Player.

There are two types of BD903P: one produced before 2023 and the other produced after 2024, and Firmware is also individual.
You can know which type your BD903P is from the serial number sticker on the rear panel. If (A) mark is on the serial sticker like right figure, your BD903P is a model produced after 2024.
