From this site you will be able to download the latest firmware(internal software used to control the Blu-ray Disc player) to enhance the products operation and/or add new features.

It is important to Panasonic that our customers are able to keep their Panasonic Blu-ray Disc™ Players up-to-date with the latest enhancements available. Using this site, you will be able to download the latest updates available for your Panasonic Blu-ray Disc™ Player.

Note 1:
In order to update your Panasonic Blu-ray Disc™ Player using this site, it is required that you create an update disc by downloading the latest "firmware" available for your Player and writing it onto a CD-R disc. If you do not have the means to create a CD-R disc, please contact the Global Support to have the latest update mailed to you.

Note 2:
When your Blu-ray Disc™ Player remains connected to the Internet, the player can download the latest firmware and install it.

Firmware updating

From the pull-down menu in the list, select the region where you purchased the Panasonic Blu-ray Disc™ Player.
Please make sure that the region is set correctly before you proceed to the download process.
