Cannot connect to the network |
- Confirm the network connection and settings.
- If this unit cannot join a wireless network using WPS method (router security using WEP setting, etc.), please refer to "If your wireless network router does not support WPS.". (Method 2)
- Your wireless network might be set to be invisible. In this case select "Manual settings" in another method (Method 2)

- Please press and hold the button for more than 2 sec.

Wi-Fi status indicator blinks red after connect using WPS |
- Check the distance between this unit and router. Please locate it closer with each other.
- Check whether router security using WEP setting or not. If yes, please refer to "If your wireless network router does not support WPS." (Method 2)
- Check the setting steps, do the setting again. If still cannot connect, please use the setting method for "If your wireless network router does not support WPS.". (Method 2)
- Please confirm whether no other device connecting to router using WPS method nearby. After confirming that, please try again to connect.

- Wait for about 30 sec, and try select again "Setup ______".

- Please confirm whether "Setup ______" is selected or not at iPhone.
- Make sure that DHCP is enabled for the network setting on the iPhone.
- Enable Java and Cookies in your browser settings.

How to check the unit's MAC address? |
- You can check the unit's MAC address with the following steps.
- 1. Turn the unit on.
- 2. Press and hold both [VOLUME +] and [– WPS] on this unit for more than 2 seconds. (Wi-Fi status indicator blinks purple.)
- 3. Check [Settings] -> [Wi-Fi」 on your iPhone/iPod touch.
- 4. "Setup ______" will appear after a while.
->MAC address is combining "cc7ee7" and 6 characters followed by "Setup". For example, if "Setup 2b0313" appears, the unit's MAC address becomes "cc:7e:e7:2b:03:13".

- "The operation indicator blinks 3 times."
Make sure that the wireless network is connected to the internet.
- "The operation indicator blinks 2 times."
This unit cannot connect to the network. Check the network connection.
- "The operation indicator blinks 1 time."
Turn off/on again this unit, plug out/in the AC mains lead, and try to update again.
