Troubleshooting
Q01. Audio cannot be heard. Audio is difficult to hear. There is "noise". The audio sounds "broken up".
- Is this unit firmly connected to the OPTION port on the connected device?
- Is this unit's OPTION port dirty?
- The mobile phone may cause noise.
- When first connected to a mobile phone, the beginning of the song may be slightly distorted.
- Depending on the specifications or settings, audio may sound broken up while operating the mobile phone.
- The wireless transmission is unstable.
- In addition to this unit, are you using other Bluetooth compatible devices at the same time? Do not use them at the same time.
- Depending on the operation status of the computer, audio may sound broken up if other applications are running or if music is being played from an optical drive, etc.
- Is the PC volume muted, or set to a very low level? Adjust the volume control.
- Is the PC in power save mode?
Q03. The devices are paired, but cannot be connected.
- You can pair this device on 4 different Bluetooth compatible devices, however pairing this device on a 5th (or subsequent) device will cause previous pairings to be deleted. Pair the device again.
- If the PAIRING button is pressed and held for a long time while in pairing standby mode, the paired device will be deleted. Pair the device again.
- If already paired to a PC and mobile phone as an audio service, when you switch the connection destination, you will also need to establish the connection from the PC or mobile phone again.
Q11. A Windows error message is displayed. The PC becomes unstable.
Do not perform any of the following operations as they may cause system instability.
- Remove the transmitter while connected.
- Turn off Bluetooth while connected by using "Options..." in the Bluetooth Settings Menu or by right-clicking on the Bluetooth icon in the taskbar.
- Disconnect while connected by right-clicking on the Bluetooth icon in the taskbar and turning off Bluetooth.
