SC-HTB400 Firmware Download

Please download the latest firmware on the USB device in the following steps.

1. Make a temporary folder on your PC for downloading the file.
2. Click the following “Download” and save the firmware in the folder you created in the above step.

HTB400_V47.zip / 1,518,818 Bytes

3. The extracted file HTB400_V47.zip should be 1,518,818bytes . if the file size is not the same, please download the file again.
4. Extract downloaded file.
   • Double click the download file or use extract software depending on your PC setting.
5. Check to see if the file systems of USB device. FAT16 and FAT32 file systems are supported.
6. Copy HTB400.bin to the root folder of the USB device.

Firmware update procedure

1. Turn off the main unit, then connect the USB device containing the latest firmware to the main unit.
   • Depending on the shape of the USB device, the cables connected to other terminals may obstruct the connection. In that case, unplug the connection cables around the USB device first, then connect it.
2. Power on the main unit and press [SETUP] repeatedly or [▼][▲] to select "FW_UPDATE" and then press [OK]
       DO NOT DISCONNECT the AC mains lead while "UPG" is displayed,
       until is shut down and auto power on again (firmware update success).
       During the update process, no other operations can be performed.
   
       When the update has finished successfully, the main unit will power off and on automatically.
3. Disconnect the USB device.
4. Adjust the volume to your preferred level.

• Updating takes about 10 minutes.
• You cannot output sound from this unit while updating the firmware.
• To view the TV during update, change the settings on the TV to have the sound output from the TV’s speakers. Refer to the operating instructions of the TV for details.
