ファームウェアの更新前のご注意

Precautions before updating firmware

• will begin. Please follow the instructions on the "SOUNDSLAYER Engine" screen.
• ファームウェア更新中は、ワイヤレスネックスピーカーや送信機の電源を操作したり、アプリを動作させているパソコンなどの端末のリセット、電源を切る操作を行わないでください。
  During the firmware update, do not operate the power of the wireless neck speaker or transmitter, or reset or turn off the terminal such as the PC running the app.
• 本機が正常に起動しなくなる可能性があります。
  The device may not start up properly if these operations are performed.

準備する

Prepare

• 1. ダウンロードした本機(SC-GNW30)用のファームウェアファイル( SCGNW30_S001_20251208.bin )を準備してください。
  2. SOUNDSLAYER Engine アプリを最新版に更新してください。
  ⇒SOUNDSLAYER Engineをインストールする
  1. Prepare the downloaded firmware file for this unit (SC-GNW30): SCGNW30_S001_20251208.bin.
  2. Update the SOUNDSLAYER Engine app to the latest version.

Firmware update procedure

《手順1》 [Step 1] お使いのパソコンで "SOUNDSLAYER Engine"のアイコンをダブルクリックしてアプリを起動します。 スマホの場合は、アイコンタップでアプリを起動できます。 Double-click the "SOUNDSLAYER Engine" icon on your PC to launch the app. On a smartphone, you can launch the app by tapping the icon. SOUNDSLAYER Engineがインストールされてない場合は、先に SOUNDSLAYER Engineアプリをインストールしてください。 ⇒SOUNDSLAYER Engineをインストールする If SOUNDSLAYER Engine app is not installed, please install it first. ⇒Install SOUNDSLAYER Engine

《手順2》 [Step 2] アイコンをタップしてファーム更新画面を表示します。 Tap the icon to display the firmware update screen.

《手順3》 [Step 3] [ファイルを選択]をクリックして、ダウンロードしたファームウェアデータを選択します。[更新開始]ボタンの色が変化したら、クリックします。 Click [Select File] and choose the downloaded firmware data. When the [Start Update] button changes color, click it. [更新開始]がクリックできない場合は、選択したファイルがダウンロードした正しいファイルであることを確認してください。 If you cannot click [Start Update], please make sure the selected file is the correct one you downloaded.

《手順4》Windows/macOSの場合 [Step 4] for Windows/macOS "SOUNDSLAYER Engine"の画面の指示に従い、送信機と本パソコンを同梱の送信機用USBケーブル(約1m)で接続してください。 送信機を検出すると、[次へ]ボタンの色が変化します。[次へ]ボタンをクリックしてください。 Follow the instructions on the "SOUNDSLAYER Engine" screen and connect the transmitter to your PC using the included transmitter USB cable (approx. 1m). When the transmitter is detected, the [Next] button will change color. Click the [Next] button. 既にファームウェアが最新の場合には、「送信機のファームウェアは最新です」と表示されます。送信機のファームウェア更新は必要ありません。 If the firmware is already up to date, "The transmitter firmware is up to date" will be displayed. No transmitter firmware update is necessary. [次へ]ボタンの色が変化しない場合: USBケーブルを抜き差ししてください。 USBケーブルが同梱の送信機用USBケーブル(約1m)であることを確認してください。 If the [Next] button does not change color: Reconnect the USB cable. Make sure you are using the included transmitter USB cable (approx. 1m). 《手順4》Android/iOSの場合 [Step 4] for Android/iOS 更新対象の送信機を選択し、[次へ]ボタンを選択してください。 Select the transmitter to be updated and select the [Next] button. 既にファームウェアが最新の場合には、「送信機のファームウェアは最新です」と表示されます。送信機のファームウェア更新は必要ありません。 If the firmware is already up to date, "The transmitter firmware is up to date" will be displayed. No update is required for the transmitter.

《手順5》 [Step 5] ファームウェア更新中はお使いのパソコン、スマホ、ワイヤレスネックスピーカー、送信機を操作しないでください。 Do not operate your PC, smartphone, wireless neck speaker, or transmitter while the firmware is being updated. ファームウェア更新が完了するまでこのままお待ちください。最大 30分かかります。 Please wait until the firmware update is complete. It may take up to 30 minutes. 30分以上更新処理が進まない場合： ワイヤレスネックスピーカー、送信機の電源を切り、"SOUNDSLAYER Engine"を終了し、《手順1》からやり直してください。 If the update does not progress after 30 minutes: Turn off the wireless neck speaker and transmitter, close "SOUNDSLAYER Engine," and start again from [Step 1].

《手順6》 [Step 6] ファームウェア更新が完了しました。 The firmware update is complete. [アプリケーションを終了する]ボタンをクリックして "SOUNDSLAYER Engine"を終了してください。 Click the [Exit Application] button to close "SOUNDSLAYER Engine".

ファームウェア更新が完了しない場合

If the firmware update does not complete

送信機とネックスピーカーをペアリングして無線接続する

Pair the transmitter and neck speaker for wireless connection

• 以下の場合は、無線ペアリングをやり直してください。
  ・ネックスピーカーのランプが点滅して送信機と無線接続できない場合
  ・ネックスピーカーを今までと異なる送信機（他のSC-GNW30, SC-GNW30S, SC-GNW30 の送信機など）と無線接続したい場合
  
  Please perform wireless pairing again in the following cases.
  - If the lamp on the neck speaker is flashing and you cannot connect wirelessly to the transmitter
  - If you want to wirelessly connect the neck speaker to a different transmitter (another SC-GNW30, SC-GNW30S, SC-GNW30 transmitter, etc.)
  

《手順1》 [Step 1] ネックスピーカーの電源ボタンを長押しして電源をオフにします。 Press and hold the power button on the neck speaker to turn it off.

《手順1》 [Step 1] 電源ボタンをランプが青色点滅するまで押し続けます。 （途中で水色点灯することがありますが、そのまま押し続けてください） Press and hold the power button until the indicator blinks blue. (The indicator may light up in light blue on the way, but please keep pressing.)

《手順2》 [Step 2] SC-GNW30/SC-GNW30S 送信機を付属のUSBケーブルでパソコンに接続してください。 （すでに接続済みの場合は、次の手順にお進みください） SC-GNW30 送信機にACアダプターを接続してください。 （すでに接続済みの場合は、次の手順にお進みください） ※イラストはSC-GNW30/SC-GNW30Sの例です。 SC-GNW30/SC-GNW30S Connect the transmitter to your PC using the supplied USB cable. (If already connected, please proceed to the next step.) SC-GNW30 Connect the AC adapter to the transmitter. (If already connected, please proceed to the next step.) * The illustration shows an example of SC-GNW30/SC-GNW30S.

《手順3》 [Step 3] 送信機のペアリングボタンを送信機のランプが水色点灯するまで約3秒間押し続けます。 Press and hold the transmitter's pairing button for about 3 seconds until the transmitter's indicator lights up in light blue.

《手順4》 [Step 4] 送信機のランプが水色に点灯していることを確認できれば、ペアリングは完了です。 ペアリングが完了すると、通常通りご利用いただけます。 Pairing is complete when you confirm that the transmitter's indicator lights up in light blue. Once pairing is complete, you can use the device as usual.
