SC-CMAX5J Software Update service

Perform the following steps.

• Step 1  Check the software version currently installed in your SC-CMAX5J

• Step 3  Download the latest software

• Step 5  Preparing the USB device
• Step 6  Software Update

2. Press [SETUP] button repeatedly to select "SW VER." and then press [OK] button.

Please make note of this version number.
Press [OK] button to exit this mode.

Confirm the latest software version that is available for "the Model Number of your SC-CMAX5J" by referring the "Update Information" section provided above (near the top of this page).
Please compare this software version number to the version number of the software currently installed in your Panasonic SC-CMAX5J (the software currently installed in your SC-CMAX5J was checked in "Step 1").

• If the version of the software installed on your SC-CMAX5J and the latest software version available are the same
  No update is necessary.
• If the version of the software installed on your SC-CMAX5J is lower than the latest version available
  Update is recommended - Please continue to step 3.
