Enjoy your music with Bluetooth Speakers
Quick start
Operations required to enjoy music with Bluetooth speakers.
1. Register the Bluetooth speaker on your smartphone (only for the first time)
→ For details, refer to the Bluetooth speaker instruction manual.
2. Select Speaker
→ For more information, please refer to the "Selecting a speaker" menu.
3. Select sound source and song
→ For more information, see the "Selecting a song" menu.
Launching the application

Please confirm the licenes. If you agree it, check [agree] and tap [Agree & Proceed]
Searching for AllPlay-compatible speakers
Launching the application will start searching for AllPlay-compatible speakers.
If the AllPlay-compatible speakers have already been set, or the setting is unnecessary, tap either [Do not search again] or [Skip settings].
Tutorial
After searching for and setting AllPlay-compatible speakers, the Tutorial screen appears.
Tap [Exit Tutorial] to finish the tutorial.
If you do not wish to display the Tutorial next time, remove the check mark for [Show this tutorial next time].
Also, you can show or hide the Tutorial by selecting "On"/"Off" for the Tutorial on the "Settings" screen screen by tapping icon.
When you close the "Settings" screen, swipe the window to right or tap the outside of window.
Selecting a speaker
1. Select the speaker to output sound.
If the "Speaker" screen is not displayed, tap the speaker icon on the upper left to display the "Speaker" screen.
Icon images differ depending on the type of speaker currently selected.
2. Tap "This device".
3. Open the control center.
- For iPads with iPhone X or later or iOS 12 or later: Swipe down from the top right corner of the screen.
- For iPhone 8 or earlier or iOS 11 or earlier: Swipe from the bottom of the screen to the top.
4. Touch and hold the audio card in the upper right corner and then tap .
5. Tap the Bluetooth speaker as a destination for streaming audio during playback.
When you close the "Speaker" screen without selecting the speaker, swipe the window to left or tap the outside of window.
Selecting a song
Register songs to play back to the speaker that have been set for the " Selecting a speaker" menu.
Selecting a music source (device)
1. Tap the [Browse] tab to show the "Browse" screen.
2-1. If you want to play back the song of your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch, tap [Music on this device] on the top of the list.
2-2. If you want to play back the song of a DLNA server or Network hard disk (NAS: Network Attached Storage), tap the server name.
2-3. If you want to play back the song of the playlist you created, tap [My Playlist].
2-4. If you want to play back the song you played recently, tap [Recently Played].
Searching for songs
You can search for songs of your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch and NAS.
Enter the keyword on the search box.
The songs including the keyword of song name, artist name, album name and file name are displayed.
- * If you narrow down the search range, please perform the search on screen of the folder you want to narrow down.
- * It may take longer to search songs of NAS.
- * You can stop searching by using "back button" of your device.
Registering a song to play back (Queue Playback)
1. When you select a music source (device), some folders such as artist and album are displayed. Select your preferred artist or album, and go to the song selection screen.
2. When you select the [My Playlist], some playlists you created previously are displayed. Tap your preferred playlist, and go to the song selection screen.
3. When you select the [Recently Played], some songs you played recently are displayed.
Registering the songs one by one
1. Tap the icon of the right side of the desired song.
2. Tap [Play Last] of the option menu.
Registering all the songs displayed on the screen
1. Drag and drop the icon of the right side of the desired album (folder) name to [Queue] tab.
- * After creating the playlists, if the strage location (folder or IP address of your server, file name, etc.) of your songs are changed or the songs were removed, you will not be able to playback. In these case, try again to create a new playlist or edit the created playlist.
- Music Streaming has various functions of Music Playback/Registration.
- * Tap the [Songs] or the album (folder) name : All songs of the Queue are replaced and the tapped song or the first song of album (folder) name are started to play.
- * Drag and drop the icon to artwork : The song(s) can be registerd and the selected song or the first song of album (folder) name are started to play.
- * Drag and drop the icon to [Queue] tab : The selected song or all songs of album (folder) name can be registerd.
- * The functions of the option menu displayed by tapping the icon are as follows.
- •[Play Now] : Register the selected song next to the song is being selected in the Queue. Then, start to playback from registerd song.
- •[Play Next] : Register the selected song next to the song is being selected in the Queue.
- •[Clear Queue & Play Now] : Replace all songs of Queue and register the selected song. Then, start to playback from registerd song.
- •[Play Last] : Register the selected song in the last of Queue.
- •[Play All Songs] : Register all songs including the selected song next to the song is being selected in the Queue. Then, start to playback from registerd song.
Confirming the registered contents in the Queue
Tap the [Queue] tab to display the "Queue" screen.
You can confirm reserved songs on current speaker.
Rearranging the song order
On the "Queue" screen, drag and drop the icon on the right side of the song to rearrange, and move the song.
Deleting the song from the Queue
Deleting the songs one by one
On the "Queue" screen, swipe the song to delete to either left or right.
Deleting all the songs
On the "Queue" screen, tap [Clear all], then tap [OK].
Creating a playlist
You can create some playlists in the "Queue" screen.
1. Tap the [Queue] tab to show the "Queue" screen.
2. Tap [Save] on the upper right of the "Queue" screen.
3. Enter playlist name, and tap [OK].
You can select the playlist you have already created from the [My Playlist] in the "Browse" screen.
- * Your playlists are avalable in only your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch.
Editing a playlist
You can edit the playlists you have created in the "Browse" screen.
1. Tap the [Browse] tab to show the "Browse" screen.
2. Tap [My Playlist], and select a playlist name you want to edit.
3. Tap [Edit] to display the "Playlist Edit" screen.
You can use the following function to edit your playlists.
•Delete the song one by one
•Rearrange the song order
•Edit playlist name
Finally, tap [Done] to save the changes you made in your playlist.

1.Tap [My Playlist], and select a playlist name you want to delete.
2. Tap [Delete], then tap [OK].
By repeating the procedure for the " Selecting a song" menu, you can register the songs in multiple music sources (devices) to one speaker.
- * This app cannot mix multiple music sources and output from one speaker at the same time.
- * If you select the same speaker from another app, connection to the speaker will be lost. To play back using your app, select the music source or song again.
- * If you select the speaker for AllPlay from another device while the speaker is operated as DLNA speaker, playback starts as AllPlay-compatible speaker, but the playback status remains in the device which operates the DLNA speaker.
- * Depending on the music source device, playback time of the song may be wrongly displayed. For details, consult the manufacturer of your music source device.
- * For DLNA, pause operation may not work depending on the DLNA-compatible speaker or the audio format of the song.
- * If the speaker unit or the remote controller has the [F.SKIP] or [B.SKIP] key, those key operation may not work properly during playback of AllPlay or DLNA content.
Enjoy your music with AllPlay Speakers
- Using AirPlay, the AllPlay or the DLNA function requires connection to a wireless LAN router.
- Be sure to setup the wireless LAN router that enables connection to iPad/iPhone/iPod touch.
- If you need any assistance, contact the dealer of your wireless LAN router.
- Before startup, be sure to confirm that the Panasonic product for speaker output is connected to your wireless LAN router and your iPad/iPhone/iPod touch is connected to your wireless LAN router.
- * When connecting only to the Bluetooth® speaker, you need not connect to a wireless LAN router.
Quick start
In Panasonic Music Streaming, you can enjoy the music in the following simple operation.
1. Network connection settings of AllPlay speaker (first time only)

Launching the application
Searching for AllPlay-compatible speakers
Launching the application will start searching for AllPlay-compatible speakers.
If the AllPlay-compatible speakers have already been set, or the setting is unnecessary, tap either [Do not search again] or [Skip settings].
Tap [Add] if no AllPlay-compatible speakers are found.
When the "Speaker selection" screen is displayed, select AllPlay-compatible speakers on the same network. Then, set the speakers according to the on-screen instructions.
- * Tap [Skip settings] if the setting is unnecessary.
- * If your speakers are not displayed in "Speaker selection" screen, please tap [Add music services] to confirm the country setting.
Tutorial
After searching for and setting AllPlay-compatible speakers, the Tutorial screen appears.

Selecting a speaker
Select the speaker to output sound.
If the "Speaker" screen is not displayed, tap the speaker icon on the upper left to display the "Speaker" screen.
Icon images differ depending on the type of speaker currently selected.
Tap the name of speaker to output sound. When the speaker is selected, the "Speaker" screen will be closed.
Confirm that the speaker name on the upper left has changed to the name of the selected speaker.
When you close the "Speaker" screen without selecting the speaker, swipe the window to left or tap the outside of window.
To select AirPlay speakers
Swipe iPad/iPhone/iPod touch screen from bottom to upward to display the control center.
Tap [AirPlay], and select the speaker on the screen to set.
To select Bluetooth®-compatible speakers
Tap [Settings] on your iPad/iPhone/iPod touch to display the "Settings" screen.
Tap [Bluetooth] to display the "Bluetooth" screen, then set to On if necessary.
Select the speaker on the devices list to set.
Bluetooth® speakers after pairing as above can be changed from the control center as well as AirPlay speakers.
Adding AllPlay-compatible speakers on the same network
On the "Speaker" screen, tap > [Add AllPlay speaker] to display the "Speaker selection" screen. Select AllPlay-compatible speakers to add, and make the setting according to the on-screen instructions.
- * For DLNA or Bluetooth® speaker, only one device can be selected.
- * If your speakers are not displayed in "Speaker selection" screen, please tap [Add music services] to confirm the country setting.
Speakers can also be added by selecting [Add AllPlay Speaker] on the "Settings" screen by tapping icon.
Confirming the information of added speakers
Tap on the "Speaker" screen, and tap the name of the speaker to confirm the information.
You can confirm "Device Name", "Firmware Version", "IP address", "MAC address", "Wi-Fi signal strength" and "Wireless or Wired Network".
Changing the name of speakers on the same network
Tap on the "Speaker" screen, and tap the speaker name to change.
When the setting screen of each speaker is displayed, tap [Device Name].
When the "Device Name" window appears, change the speaker name, and tap [OK].
Confirm the speaker name has been changed.
- * It may take longer to display AllPlay-compatible speaker(s) than to display Bluetooth speaker(s). A maximum of two minutes will be required to display.
- * Depending on the contents, playback on the selected speaker may not be possible. (e.g. unsupported format, copyright-protected content etc.)
- * For more information about setting, please refer to the manual of each product.
If the currently connected speaker cannot be found, the speaker icon will change to "!".

Selecting a song
Register songs to play back to the speaker that have been set for the "Selecting a speaker" menu.

Enjoying music with multiple AllPlay-compatible speakers
A song can be played back from multiple AllPlay-compatible speakers at the same time.
Playing back different songs from multiple AllPlay-compatible speakers respectively
To register different songs to multiple AllPlay-compatible speakers respectively, select each speaker, and then select the music source (device) with the same procedure as in the "Selecting a song" menu.
Grouping multiple AllPlay-compatible speakers
Grouping multiple AllPlay-compatible speakers can do multiple tasks at the same time, such as registering the songs to play back and playing back the songs.
On the "Speaker" screen, drag and drop the icon of the speaker to play back to the icon of another speaker.
Then, multiple speakers are grouped, and the icon changes to the grouped icon.
Tapping the name of the grouped speaker will select those speakers, and the "Speaker" screen will be closed.
Confirm the Speaker icon on the upper left has changed to the grouped speaker icon.
Further, multiple AllPlay-compatible speakers can be grouped by drag and drop the speaker icon.
- After grouping, the status of the speaker does not change until a source is selected and start playback. Once start playback, the sound comes out from grouped speakers.
When 6 or more speakers are grouped, displays 6 icons of speaker and number of grouped speakers.
When 10 or more speakers are grouped, displays "10+".
Moving the grouped speaker to another group
The speaker already grouped can be moved to another group.
On the "Speaker" screen, drag and drop the speaker icon to move to another group.
Moving the settings of music source to another speaker
The settings (registration of music sources, songs, etc.) can be moved to another speaker or speaker group as they are.
On the "Speaker" screen, drag and drop the music source icon to move to another speaker or speaker group.
To move from AllPlay or DLNA speaker to AirPlay or Bluetooth® speaker
Drag and drop the music source icon to [This Device].
Tap [AirPlay] on the control center, and select AirPlay speaker or Bluetooth® speaker on the screen.
For Bluetooth® speaker, do pairing in advance.
For details, please see "To select Bluetooth®-compatible speakers" in "Selecting a speaker".
Changing the volume of grouped speakers
The volume of grouped speakers can be changed collectively or individually.
Slide the volume control slider on the screen during playback to change the volume of grouped speakers collectively.
Also, operate the individual setting screen to control the volume of grouped speakers individually.
Cancelling grouping of AllPlay-compatible speakers
Drag the speaker icon you want to ungroup, and drop to the outside of group.
Surround Setting (for ALL70T/ALL30T and ALL2/ALL6)
To enjoy ALL70T or ALL30T in surround mode, you need a pair of ALL2 or ALL6 speakers.
Tap on the "Speaker" screen to display the "Speaker settings" screen and select the ALL70T or ALL30T speaker.
Tap [Surround Setting], make the setting according to the on-screen instructions.
Streaming music of various audio device
Using this app, you can enjoy streaming music of various music source (Radio/CD/Bluetooth® device/External audio input/USB device/Digital audio input) from another AllPlay-compatible speakers.
When a song in iPad/iPhone/iPod touch is being played back through the "Living" speaker
Select the Re-streaming sources on the "Browse" screen, and then select the speaker.
(In this example, "CD" and "Kitchen" are selected as music source and speaker respectively.)
The "Living" speaker and the "kitchen" speaker will be grouped.
When selecting the song, the song on the CD is played back through both the "Living" and "kitchen" speakers.
- * Playback screen is different depending on selected Re-streaming sources.
- * If Bluetooth set as Re-streaming sources, playback the song or operate from Bluetooth® source device.
- * If a speaker which is streaming music from other device, is grouped with another speaker and then ungrouped, it will stop playback. Please select a source again to start playback.
- * You can start and stop the Re-streaming of any selectors except for the "Preset" selector.
- Tap the [Start Re-Streaming] or [Stop Re-Streaming] on the "NowPlaying" screen.
- If you tap the [Stop Re-Streaming], playback from the speakers other than the music source is stopped.
- If you tap the [Start Re-Streaming], playback from the speakers other than the music source is also started. - * In case of the Re-streaming of "Preset" selector, you can start and stop playback of preset by tapping playback button / pause button.
Convenient functions (AllPlay)
Enjoying Other Music App through Bluetooth®
You can enjoy other music app from AllPlay-compatible speakers through Bluetooth®.
1. Select AllPlay-compatible speaker.
2. Tap [use Other Music App through Bluetooth] in the "Browse" screen.
→ Connection through Bluetooth®
3. Select music app on the Home screen.
- If you can not connect to Bluetooth® speaker, set the Bluetooth® paring according to the on-screen instructions.
Auto Bluetooth Re-connection
This function automatically tries to re-connect with Bluetooth® to other speakers when Bluetooth® disconnects (e.g., you move to another room).
It is only applicable during Bluetooth re-streaming.
Change the switch of [Auto Bluetooth Re-connection] in the "Settings" screen to "On" to activate this function.
- * Please make Bluetooth® pairing with your iPad, iPhone, iPod touch device and all speakers in the group in advance.
- * Please make Bluetooth® connection with each speaker in the group only from your iPad, iPhone, iPod touch device.
Adjusting the Sound quality
Adjust the sound quality according to your preference.
Tap on the "Speaker" screen to display the "Speaker settings" screen.
Select the speaker to adjust (In this example, the ALL2 speaker is selected).
Preset EQ (Only for HC1040, HC1020, HC1000, PMX152 and PMX150)
Use the preset EQ for more advanced settings of sound quality.
Select the HC1020 speaker on the "Speaker settings" screen, and tap [Equalizer] to open the "Preset EQ" screen.
Select your favorite preset EQ from [Heavy], [Soft], [Clear], [Vocal], [Flat], [Manual].
When [Manual] is selected, adjust Bass and Treble.
D. Bass (Only for HC1040, HC1020, HC1000, PMX152 and PMX150)
Use the D.Bass for more dynamic deep bass sound quality.
Select the HC1020 speaker on the "Speaker settings" screen, and change the switch of [D. Bass] to "On" to activate this function.
Surround (Only for HC1040, HC1020, HC1000, PMX152 and PMX150)
Use the surround for richer surround effect.
Select the HC1020 speaker on the "Speaker settings" screen, and change the switch of [Surround] to "On" to activate this function.
Equalizer (Only for ALL8, ALL3, ALL2, ALL9, ALL6 and ALL05)
Use the equalizer for more advanced settings of sound quality.
Tap [Equalizer] to open the "Equalizer" screen.
Adjust the Bass, Treble and volume level, then change the switch to "On" to activate the equalizer.
After the adjustment has finished, tap [<] on the upper left to return the previous screen.
L/R channel setting (Only for ALL8, ALL3, ALL2, ALL9, ALL6 and ALL05)
Make the channel setting.
Tap [L/R Channel Setting], then select your preferred channel.
- In case of ALL6, "Mono" can be selected.
Wall Mount Mode (Only for HC1040, HC1020 and HC1000)
This function delivers a wider sound field with outstanding clarity and optimal room-filling sound.
Select the HC1020 speaker on the "Speaker settings" screen, and tap [Wall Mount] to open the "Wall Mount" screen, then select your preferred mode.
Voice Mode (Only for ALL05)
This function makes human voice easily heard.
Select the ALL05 speaker on the "Speaker settings" screen, and change the switch of [Voice mode] to "On" to activate this function.
Alarm/Sleep timer setting (Only for ALL2)
You can set the alarm and sleep timer functions. Available settings: Alarm 1-5 On/Off, time, day, alarm sound, snooze duration and sleep timer.
Tap on the "Speaker" screen to display the "Speaker settings" screen.
Select the ALL2 speaker, and tap [Alarm/Sleep setting].
Setting the alarm
Select the alarm to set on the "Alarm" screen, set the time, day and alarm sound, and then tap [Set].
On the "Alarm/Sleep timer setting" screen, change the switch "On" to activate the timer setting.
To enable the snooze setting, tap [Snooze Duration] and select the duration.
Setting the sleep timer
To enable the sleep setting, tap [Sleep] and select the sleep timer time.
Clear Mode Dialog (Only for ALL2, HC1040, HC1020 and HC1000)
This function makes human voice easily heard.
Select the ALL2 speaker on the "Speaker settings" screen, and change the switch of [Clear Mode Dialog] to "On" to activate this function.
Adding Music Services
You can add AllPlay-compatible Music Services.
On the "Browse" screen, tap [Add music services] to display the "Music Service" screen.
Tick the checkbox of the service to add, and return to the previous screen by tapping [Done] on the upper left.
The music service icon appears on the music source list on the "Browse" screen.
Tapping each icon of the added services will launch each service. Make the setting according to the on-screen instructions.
- If the application of each service is not installed, the installation screen (App Store) will be displayed.
Music Service can also be added on the "Settings" screen by tapping icon.
Updating the software for AllPlay-compatible speakers
If a new version of firmware for AllPlay-compatible speakers is found when you select a speaker on the "Speaker" screen, the following pop-up screen appears.
Tap [Update] > [Start] to start update, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete updating the firmware.
* Do not disconnect the AC power supply cord of speaker(AC mains lead) while update.
* After update, disconnect the AC power supply cord of speaker(AC mains lead) and reconnect it to use the AllPlay-compatible speaker.
* Updating requires approximately ** minutes as follows.

English, French, German, Swedish and Japanese can be displayed. The displayed language is automatically changed by the iPad or iPhone or iPod touch language setting. If the setting is set to a language other than English, French, German, Swedish or Japanese, the displayed language is automatically set to English.
- Q04. The following message is displayed on "Speaker" or "Speaker settings" screen. What's that mean?
"New firmware is available. Please update firmware." -
There's some AllPlay speaker with old firmware in your home network. Please update firmware of your AllPlay speaker. To know how to update the speaker, please refer to user's manual of the speaker.
- Q05. The DLNA speakers are not displayed.

There are various possible reasons.
- AllPlay speakers are no longer displayed as the DLNA speakers (version 3.2.0 or later). Please select the AllPlay speakers to use.
- Your speaker may not be connected to the same wireless network (Wi-Fi) as your iPad or iPhone or iPod touch. Make sure that your speaker and iPad / iPhone / iPod touch are on the same wireless network (Wi-Fi).
- Your wireless LAN router may stop IP multicast packets. In this case, this may be solved by switching off the snooping function. Please refer to Owner's Manual of your wireless LAN router.
- Restart Music Streaming App and then select speaker again.
- Q06. AllPlay supported speakers cannot be found in this App. Or the speakers appear and disappear at random.

- Confirm the network connection and settings.
- Reconnect the devices to the network.
- Turn this system off and on, and then select this system as the output speakers again.
- Turn the wireless LAN router off and then on.
- If your wireless LAN router supports 5GHz band, try using the 5GHz band.
- Do not place this system inside a metal cabinet, for it might block the Wi-Fi signal.
- Place the system closer to the wireless LAN router.
- If several wireless devices are simultaneously using the same wireless network as this system, try turning off the other devices or reducing their network usage.
- If your wireless LAN router is put on the floor, place it on the table with a height of approximately 1 m.
- It is recommended to place the wireless LAN router in the center of the house at the same distance from the each AllPlay speaker.
- If the channel is currently set by the wireless LAN router's configuration, try changing to AUTO in the channel settings.
- If the network is set to be invisible, make the network visible while you set up the network for this unit or make a wired LAN connection.
- Q07. The Music Streaming does not find the Bluetooth® speaker. How can this be solved?

The device you want to connect to needs to be paired with iPad / iPhone / iPod touch previously. Please do paring setting of the Bluetooth® After setting Bluetooth paring, select "This device" on the "Speaker" screen.
- Q08. The song playback is not performed properly. (e.g. interrupted, stop partway through, skipped to next track) How can this be solved?

- After the song with DRM (Digital Rights Management) is played, it may stop the playback. Select the song again from the Music Streaming.
- Using this unit with a microwave, cordless telephone or other 2.4 GHz devices at the same time may cause connection interruptions. Keep this unit away from those devices.
- If any apps are working in the background, the iPad / iPhone / iPod touch may not be operated smoothly. Close unused app at the same time.
- Q09. The Speaker cannot DLNA playback music file(s) in NAS.

There is difference of supported music file format between DLNA speaker and AllPlay speaker. Please select AllPlay speaker if the speaker supports AllPlay. The speaker may be able to playback when it is selected as AllPlay speaker.
- Q10. Cannot launch the Music Streaming.

- Please turn the device off and on again.
- Please uninstall this app and install again.
- Q11. How many songs does the Music Streaming handle?

- The number of songs which can be displayed on the browse screen is 8000. If all songs are not displayed when select DLNA server as music source, please arrange maximum 8000 songs in one folder.
- The maximum number of songs which can be stored in the queue is 8000. If AllPlay speaker is selected, the maximum number of songs is 200.
- Q12. "Connection to the speaker is terminated." message is appeared.

There are various possible reasons.
- Check the power and the network connection of the speaker.
- Check the device Wi-Fi condition and retry at a location with good Wi-Fi reception.
- Your speaker may be grouped by another device. Please select the speaker again.
- If there are other wireless devices which may interfere with Wi-Fi in the surrounding, please try again.
- Change the location of the speaker and confirm to see if the network connection can be improved.
- Turn the speaker off/on again.
- Q13. "Can not play." message is appeared and I can not play too.

There are various possible reasons.
- There is a possibility that network connection to the speaker is terminated.
Please refer to "Q12". - It does not correspond to the song with a DRM. Please choose the songs without DRM.
- Turn the speaker off/on again.
- Check the available memory of your device. Free memory of more than 100 MByte is required.
- Shorten the name of music data files.
- There is a possibility that network connection to the speaker is terminated.
- Q14. Volume control can not be operated even if volume is changed.

Volume can be changed when the power of the speaker is ON.

Thumbnail images of the album artwork may not have been published on the NAS.
If you have the following settings on the NAS, please change.- Open the Settings screen of the NAS.

- Change the setting of "Media Receiver" to "Generic Media Receiver".
- Q16. The speakers I want to add to the same network are not displayed in "Speaker selection" screen.

- Q17. Auto Bluetooth Re-connection does not work.

There are some possible reasons.
- Check if the Music Streaming is running.
- Check if the switch of [Auto Bluetooth Re-connection] on the "Settings" screen is ON.
- Do paring setting of the Bluetooth® between your speaker and iPad, iPhone, iPod touch in advance.
- Check if the group of Bluetooth re-streaming is only 1 group.
- Q18. The Bluetooth® connection will not succeed even if you tap [use Other Music App through Bluetooth] in the "Browse" screen.

Preset of airable content to speakers is not available.You can preset stations when playback using internet radio app "AllPlay Radio".
- Q21. How to login TIDAL.
- If you use the latest versions of Panasonic Music Control and the audio devices, the browser is used to login to TIDAL.
- Check the default browser of the device. Please set the default browser to Safari.
- Image authentication may be displayed when logging in with the browser.
- The browser tab used to log in remains. If you don't need the browser tab, close it.
