How do I reset my SH-ALL1C?

You may need to perform a factory reset of your all series product for the following reasons:

• If you change your router or want to connect the unit to a different home network.
• After changing any settings on your router such as the WPA2 setting.
• If connection to your home network fails during the setup process.

To reset the unit:

• With the power on wait for the WPS light to be constantly red or blue and not alternating between red and blue.

1. Press and hold the POWER button, the POWER indicator light will start blinking.
   
2. Whilst holding the power button, press and release the WPS button.
   
3. During the reset process the MODE indicator light will blink 4 times.
   
4. After reset is complete the unit will turn off.
